Released in Germany and Poland in 1962, then released in the United States in 1965, the "First Spaceship on Venus" was man's attempt to investigate Venus. After discovering a magnetic spool at a construction site, a multinational mission was set up to find its origin and the race that created it. The overall message of the movie was the nuclear destruction of a race, and how it was symbolizing the attitude of man at the time.

The spaceship designed to get man to Venus was the "Cosmostrator". The craft had three nuclear engines in nacelles, separated from the main rocket by the stabilizing fins, giving the ship a very distinctive and futuristic appearance.

This kit builds a paper model of the "Cosmostrator". The kit contains both a colored and a black and white version suitable for coloring or printing on silver paper. Kit also contains printable alignment tools for fin and nacelle placement.

Paper Model Details: Contains over 65 parts on five parts pages. Former and joiner strips construction on seven pages. Four pages of picture and text instructions. Degree of Difficulty: 4/5 If you enjoy building this paper model, please contribute a review!
